How it works

Fixed from the top, not torn up from the bottom.

The usual answer to a leaking balcony is to pull everything up and start again. The OCJ Groups system goes straight over the top of the balcony you've already got. Nothing gets removed.

The finish is made with coloured recycled glass, supplied by CRG, so the balcony ends up looking finished rather than patched.
